Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including generating unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or reselling access without authorization.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it. AI-assisted drafts are a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy.
Content ownership
You own the content you generate and publish. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service. We claim no ownership over your work.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, original in every case, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBlogJet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
